About the Role

Handle outbound and inbound sales inquiries for a premier Korean financial account.

Build strong rapport with clients, explain financial products and services, and guide them through subscription or investment processes.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Deliver top-notch customer and client service representing the financial brand.

Foreigners and Filipino applicants are welcome to apply, we can help assist with the working VISA processing.

Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Korean and English (Accepts Filipino and Korean applicants).
Background in sales, BPO, or financial accounts is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Must be willing to work on - site at Eastwood City - Citywalk 2
Must be willing to work graveyard shift
